Terms of Service!

-my commission prices are in USD.-payment is taken before the commission has started, done via PayPal or Kofi.
(for some reason, i can't do PayPal invoices, so youd have to send it to me directly if you choose paypal!)-i will send progress after completing the sketch, lineart, coloring, ect...-dont be afraid to point out small mistakes or things you would like me to change! major changes wont be available if im too far into the drawing, though.-I will need a visual reference of the character! no visual ref means pay extra- estimated time of completion: overall, give me about a month! each style takes different amounts of time
emojis -> 1-2 days
chibi+normal -> week-ish
emoji bundle -> 2 weeks-ish
so to account for that, plus life being busy, a month is the best blanket-estimation!

✓ The Artist (Smol) is Allowed to:
-use the artwork drawn as an example (such as putting it in the gallery) unless keeping it private is specified (will credit you as the commissioner)-deny taking a commission for any reason, possibly without explanation------
✓ The Commissioner (you) is Allowed to:
-use the artwork for personal use only unless agreed otherwise
-post the artwork wherever, as long as either one of my socials or my carrd is linked to
-print the art, and claim right to the character(s) but not the drawing itself------
✖ The Commissioner (you) is NOT Allowed to:
-use the commission to mint/sell the commission for NFT/blockchain
-use the art to create computer generated 'art' / AI art
-reproduce/use the copyrighted artwork commercially (meaning making money of it in any way)
-take credit for the creation of the artwork
-remove any watermarks/signatures
-alter the artwork without my, the artists, permission
